Appearances
Sometimes, we lose track of our self care, and that's ok. This is commonly a time when we are processing a lot of emotion, and therefore, our focus is directed inward. On the outside, this is seen as "lazy" or "depressive," but I want to remind you how healthy this is. How you feel will always be more important than what others' interpretation of you may be. This is not to say that your outward appearance is irrelevant. Simply, we must acknowledge that this reflection may bring to surface what we are feeling inside. A sign that your body needs attention.
